    Shipment is made as an insured parcel with a carrier of our choice or by Deutsche Post as a letter. We cannot offer delivery to DHL Packstations or branches of Deutsche Post! Please note regarding delivery times that we do not make partial deliveries. The longest delivery time of all ordered items therefore applies. We reserve the right to bundle multiple orders with the same delivery address, without any claim to reimbursement of the shipping costs paid (this does not affect the delivery time).

    We deliver to all EU countries (except the Canary Islands), to Switzerland and to Norway.

    The shipping costs are a flat rate:

    • EUR 6.50 incl. VAT for deliveries within Germany

    • EUR 12.50 incl. VAT for deliveries to Austria

    • EUR 15.00 incl. VAT for deliveries within the EU

    • EUR 29.90 incl. VAT for deliveries to Switzerland and Norway

    The shipping costs can only be calculated once the item is in the basket.
