    We currently accept payments exclusively via prepayment by bank transfer.

    For prepayment, we require receipt of payment within 5 days of placing the order; otherwise, the order will unfortunately be cancelled, and the order may then have to be placed again. Incoming payments are matched by name or reference number.

    As soon as the money has arrived in our account, the package sets off within the stated delivery time. (Orders containing games that have not yet been released will be shipped as soon as they have arrived at our premises.)
